DIVERSUS is an award winning Film, TV and Multi-Media Production Company, whose mission is to create and produce diverse, original and high quality content for audiences' world-wide.

DIVERSUS is known as a creative thought-provoking company that creates passionate and entertaining films and projects. Our goal is to keep creating signature films that enlighten, provoke and inspire our audiences.

Profile

Founded in 1998 by Ari A. Cohen and Evan Beloff, Diversus has consistently produced high quality TV content. The company gained instant recognition by winning the coveted 1999 ADISQ Felix award for best music video of the year in Quebec with their very first project Jean Leloup: La vie est Laide. They followed it up in 2000 with a Gemini nomination for their critically acclaimed documentary Too Colourful for the League and have never looked back.

In the last four years Diversus has continued to grow and produce a string of cutting-edge programs, classic documentaries, mockumentaries and docu-series including the festival hit Schmelvis: Searching for the King's Jewish Roots, the intensely personal, Irving Layton biography A Red Carpet for the Sun, the provocative Being Osama, the human experience travelogue Cruising Quebec, nineteen episodes of their inspiring TV series turned web convergent project Women Warriors and several more films that are referred to in our website.
